Set your imagination free to explore your feelings, thoughts, concerns for yourself and for others. You don’t have to be an artist. No prior skill is necessary. All you need is to be open to try and create.
Sometimes it can be hard to meet new people or make connections. Here is a safe and inclusive place where we are all exploring our inner selves and helping each other. We are on all the same path of self-discovery.
We are here to help you learn how to cope with stress, anxiety, trauma, and other things that may affect your mental health. At our workshops, we use creative skills to practice emotional expression in a creative way.
Whether you are young or an adult, there are many ways to get involved with us. You can participate in workshops, or help us by volunteering, joining our team, introducing people to therapeutic art by hosting an event, or simply partnering with us which can be sponsoring a single event or forming a long-term collaboration.
